editorial plan, consisting of thematic sections to communicate the Bank’s values, products, service information and initiatives. There is
dialogue with the client from a consultative perspective, to know his goals and outline a strategy. There is
monitoring and
periodic reporting of the results obtained through posts and actions aimed at involving the fan base.
